Central's LCN therapist, Marcia Bates, will be co-leading a Hold Me Tight couples workshop November 14-15, 2026, at the Rosehill Community Center in Mukilteo.
The workshop is an educational version of Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, the method Marcia and her colleague both use in their work. The workshop walks couples through seven important conversations that are proven to get to the heart of patterns of distance or conflict and help couples build a closer bond.
This workshop is geared to couples' 1:1 work. There are no group activities. Each couple is seated at a private table, spaced for maximum privacy. Marcia and Kristin are available to provide 1:1 support throughout the weekend.
